This website is operated by Wild Canadian Soul. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wild Canadian Soul.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify. We use Printful and its fulfillment partners to produce and ship our made-to-order products. For questions or concerns about your purchase, please contact Wild Canadian Soul.

Section 1 – Online Store Terms

To place an order, you must be the age of majority in your province, state, or territory of residence, or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our website or products for unlawful purposes, infringe another person’s rights, or interfere with the security or operation of our store.

Section 2 – Products and Availability

Our products are made to order. Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and available options carefully before purchasing.

We aim to display product images and colours accurately. However, screen settings and production processes may result in minor variations. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its description.

Product availability may change. We may update or discontinue products, but this will not remove our obligations for orders already accepted.

Section 3 – Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on our website or at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes collected by us are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Prices may change for future purchases. We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.

If we discover a pricing or product-description error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and discuss the available options. If we cannot fulfill your order and cancel it, we will refund any payment collected for the cancelled items.

Section 4 – Orders and Account Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, contact, and shipping information. You must be authorized to use the payment method provided.

We may decline or cancel orders where there is suspected fraud, an inability to process payment, product unavailability, or another legitimate reason. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the cancelled portion.

Section 5 – Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.

Because production may begin shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated. Once production begins, customer-requested changes or cancellations are generally unavailable, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Section 6 – Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery estimates, shipping charges, tracking information, and customs arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery time includes both production and shipping. Estimates may vary by product, destination, fulfillment location, and carrier.

If a shipment is delayed or missing, please contact us so we can investigate and assist.

Section 7 – Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for changes of mind or customer-selected sizing or colour errors. Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered.

These conditions do not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Section 8 – Intellectual Property

Website content, including our branding, designs, photographs, and text, is owned by Wild Canadian Soul or used with permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use this content without permission from the relevant rights holder, except as permitted by law.

Section 9 – Privacy

Personal information provided through our store is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy for information about how your data is collected, used, and shared.

Section 10 – Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on our website. Changes apply prospectively and will not retrospectively reduce your rights for an existing order.

Section 11 – Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal Canadian laws.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
